As a primarily "Brick and Mortar" retailer, we hope that you so enjoy your find in our store that you will have the benefit of immediate gratification by taking it home with you. However, if by chance you need us to ship it to you, we are always willing to provide that service for no handling fee and will just add the shipping service of choice to your purchase cost. We will even gift wrap it for free if it being sent as a gift.
For those items purchased here in our on-line store or in one of our Web Pop-Up stores, the shipping cost and options are spelled out in the item description and details. We also gladly offer purchase on line to pick up in the store for those items that might be in limited supply or purely as a convenience.
Return & Exchange Policy
We always hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, if for some reason you get home and change your mind or find it does not fit or go with that other item you pictured when you bought it, we will gladly accept a return for full credit if it is returned in the original packaging along with the original tags.
For items purchased in the store within 7 days or defective items, we will issue a full credit refund. For non-defective items purchased longer than 7 days ago, we will issue a full refund store credit.
For items purchased on-line, we will issue a full credit upon return of the merchandise, complete with original packaging and tags for up to 14 days from the date of receipt. For defective items beyond this period, we will accept items back for a full refund up to one year from date of purchase.
